behind SMC bookstore (04.12.05) I have been curious about this chunk of concrete for some time. I pass it every time I walk through the staff parking lot on my way to class. What does "OTIS my ma" mean? Why is it leaning against some steps next to a parking lot?

yeah, that's what i've always assumed. but what did it used to say? FREE GIFT to the person who comes up with the best answer to that question.
