well, lis' burning car stories are much better than mine. and, at the moment, her casted foot story is much more existant than mine.
but, here's what happened.
yesterday i was driving down the road, (Pacific Avenue) and saw a lot of smoke rising from a parking lot (Sherri's, Ross, Red Lobster, etc). As I passed the parking lot, I noticed a car engulfed in flmaes. I mean, there were A LOT of flames. There didn't appear to be anyone attending to the fire, or the car, or anything. I wonder whose car it was. There was a guy in his car near the fire, on his phone - and I assumed he was calling for help. Later I drove past again, and saw this scene, and took the picture. It was pretty intense. Scary. I wonder how that fire started.
Hmm, There is a newspaper story and I wonder if it is connected. It is about a 16 year old runaway/missing child, from Marysville I think. And his car was found in Olympia at "a strip mall" - burned. And a witness said that someone who matched his description was walking away from it.
